The study programme provides graduates with a broad professional profile and comprehensive, high-quality knowledge enabling them to operate effectively in a multicultural environment, with the prerequisites for successfully managing an enterprise from the perspectives of economics, statistical data processing, organisation and management of production, quality management, financial situation analysis, and project management, with opportunities for employment as qualified managerial staff at lower levels of enterprise management or as independent professional specialists in specialised company units, particularly in departments of economics, accounting and finance, environmental management, and project management; the cross-disciplinary nature of natural resources management, together with current developments in the global economy, the emergence of large corporations and corporate networks, and the resulting significant flows of goods at the meta (global), macro (inter-company), and micro (intra-company) levels, demonstrate the need for and applicability of graduates in real economic practice and in the labour market in the Slovak Republic and across Europe, as this is a transparent study programme focused on managing all aspects of an enterprise within business activities and management in general.
