Commercial Logistics

The Commercial Logistics study program provides graduates with a broad professional profile and comprehensive, high-quality knowledge necessary for functioning in a multicultural environment. It prepares them to successfully manage the basic logistics chain of an enterprise — that is, the logistics chain formed by the processes of purchasing, supply, production, sales, storage, and distribution — with a particular focus on operational planning and decision-making, record-keeping, quality control, system assurance, and operation of this logistics chain at the lower levels of enterprise management. Graduates can find employment as qualified managerial staff in many functional departments of enterprise management, or work as independent specialists in specialized company units. They are particularly prepared for positions in purchasing logistics, sales logistics, distribution logistics, outbound logistics, and for roles such as specialists in planning, strategy, and forecasting in commercial logistics.
