Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)
Dear colleagues,
Are you interested in learning how to prepare and implement a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) within the Erasmus+ programme at TUKE?
The International Relations and Mobility Office of TUKE invites you to an information session dedicated to the preparation and organisation of BIPs at TUKE. During the session, we will present all essential information needed to submit an expression of interest for organising a BIP, as well as guidance on its preparation, administration, and successful implementation.
During the session, you will learn:
- how to express interest in organising a BIP at TUKE,
- what legislative requirements a BIP organiser (faculty/department/unit) must fulfil,
- how the approval process works at both the university and national levels,
- how to establish cooperation with international partners,
- how to design a high-quality programme proposal,
- what financial and administrative aspects need to be considered,
- what responsibilities arise after a BIP has been approved,
- recommendations and lessons learned from successfully implemented BIPs at TUKE.
The session is intended for all TUKE staff members who are considering organising a BIP within their faculty, department, or workplace.
Our goal is to provide you with all the information and support needed to help your team prepare and successfully implement a BIP.
