How does AI influence managerial decision-making, team leadership and the future of work? What opportunities and risks does the use of artificial intelligence bring to organisational management?

As part of the Ulysseus Open Online Lecture Series, the lecture The Future of AI in Management and Leadership will present current research findings on AI in management. It will also explore trust, fairness and the competencies leaders will need in an environment increasingly shaped by AI.

🎤 Speaker: Dr Anna Lahtinen, a researcher at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland), whose work focuses on the impact of AI on leadership, entrepreneurship and the future of work.
