The event will address topics such as:

• overcoming barriers faced by adults returning to education,
• the role of universities in upskilling and reskilling people in mid and later adulthood,
• inclusive educational models and programmes for the 45+ population,
• links to European policies in education, innovation, and employment in the context of digital and green transformation.

The programme includes presentations by experts from partner universities of the Ulysseus Alliance, panel discussions, examples of good practice, and reflections on how lifelong learning can support active ageing, employability, and personal development.
