From 1 to 3 September 2026, the 49th meeting of departments and institutes of automation, cybernetics, and informatics from technical universities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, entitled Principia Cybernetica 2026, took place. This year, the event was organized by KPAaM, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, TUKE.

The ÚRaIVP, FBERG TUKE was represented at the conference by Prof. Ivo Petráš, Prof. Marek Laciak, and Assoc. Prof. Patrik Flegner.

The next, 50th edition, will take place in 2027 at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (UCT Prague).
