Call for a short term mobility for academic staff (Seville, Spain)

The Department of International Relations and Mobility at TUKE announces a call for applications for academic and non-academic staff of TUKE interested in participating in the short term mobility, organised by the partner institution in the ULYSSEUS Alliance – (Spain) in the period:  under the title  

University of Seville 
 June 15-19
2026,
Physical Mobility Workshop II.

Maximum number of participants for TUKE: 2

Applications can be submitted to the faculty coordinators until April 2, 2026.

Required attachments to the application form:

  • Staff Mobility Agreement.

Application procedure:

  • The application form together with all attachments must be submitted to the Faculty Coordinator by the above deadline.

Selection criteria:

  • Proficiency in English language at least at B2 level.
  • Applications will be assessed by the expert committee coordinating the preparation of this event.

NOTICE:

  • The application must meet the criteria stated in the attached description of the BIP.
  • The application form must be signed by the staff member and his/her supervisor, who agrees to send the staff member on mobility.
  • The Staff Mobility Agreement document must be signed by the participant and his/her line manager at the time of application, the signature of the partner university coordinator will be arranged by the IRO.
  • The application must be accompanied by complete attachments!

After the successful selection of an enrolled staff member by the university management, the staff member will be contacted by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator for further action.
